Something not working, or an idea that would make building easier? Write to support@sealmount.com. Aaron reads these messages.
Tell us which tool you used, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. For game-specific issues, include Java or Bedrock and the game version if you know it. Screenshots, settings, and device or browser details are optional.
Each tool has a feedback link below its results with a ready-to-copy email template. Review and send the message in your email app, or use the address above in your webmail. Opening a draft does not send a message.
We may reply by email to ask for details or let you know about a fix. Keep the conversation in the same email thread so we can follow up.
Sealmount community
Joining our Discord community is optional. Share a bug, an idea or a tool question in any language.
A Discord account is required, and Discord may ask you to verify it. Email remains available if you prefer not to join.
Use email for security reports, privacy requests or details you do not want to share with other members.
Rights requests
For a rights or takedown request, use the same email address and identify the affected page or material.
Privacy requests and complaints
For a privacy question, data request or complaint, use the same email address and describe what you need. Aaron handles these requests. Send only the information needed to explain the issue; do not attach passwords, identity documents or unrelated personal information.
Our privacy notice explains how messages are handled, the rights that may apply and how to change optional analytics settings.
Security reports
For a security issue, use the email address above and include the affected URL, steps to reproduce, and what you observed. Please report it privately and leave out passwords, tokens, and other people's personal information.
